Obituary of Evelyn Catherine Cook

Evelyn Catherine Carriere was born in March of 1962 at the Nipawin Union Hospital in Nipawin, Sask. Her parents Donald Carriere and Clara Carriere lived on a farm in Cumberland House and she attended Charlebois School. Evelyn Carriere married Edward Cook on May 16th,1992 at the Church of the Good Shepard in Cumberland House, Sask. She worked and belonged to the organizations of the Nechapanuk Centre and Nisto Awasisak Memorial School. She loved to cook, play bingo, and to be with her children and grandchildren. She is predeceased by her father Donald Carriere and numerous aunties, uncles & relatives. She is survived by her husband Edward Cook, children, and grandchildren: Danielle Carriere (grandchildren Tajia, Toria, Tiana, Tido, & Boosty); Regina Carriere (Adriea, Honey, & great granddaughter Baby Nova); Alfred Carriere; Cree & Gerald Favel (Stormy, Mckenzie, Baby Gerald); Thunder Cook & Taniesha Brass (Mia). Her mother Clara Marie Carriere (Morin); Sisters & brothers: Sylvia Crate & family, Alex & Mary Carriere & family, Audrey & Frank Flett & family; George Carriere & Bernadette McKay & family; Doreen McKay & family; Jim & Darlene Carriere & family; Alvenia Baptiste & family; Donald Carriere JR & family; Edith Kadachuk & family; Tony Carriere; Isadore Carriere & family.
