Marie and family, we are so sorry to here of Irvin's passing. Irvin and you will always be a big part of my political life, without you two I don't know if I would have been elected. Irvin was the best President Carrot River Valley could have wished for.
Both you and Irvin opened up your home to our many meetings and it was hard to adjust after Irvin felt it necessary to retire from our executive. My one great wish was that Irvin would have become an MLA. but the Constituency and the Province was not ready for Irvin at the time, they don't know what they missed..We hope you are doing fine.Our sincere condolences and prayers.
