So sad to hear of Duane's passing. He was much too young! This is difficult for the entire family, and even more so because of Covid-19, and the fact we can't join you for a funeral. Please know that we are with you in spirit from here in Calgary. Thanks to Elaine for your phone calls and updates. Duane always stayed in contact with frequent phone calls. I always appreciated his gentle and kind spirit which I know will be missed by all. When we were growing up, Duane was always kind to me, his city/town cousin who didn't know much about farm life. He let me ride his snowmobile and motorbike which was exciting! Because of him, the first bike I ever rode was a 750 Honda, which is a classic now, on a gravel road. Crazy to think I did that, I didn't know to be scared. Crazy that he let me ride his brand new bike! He was a generous guy and a great cousin.
